Our guest suite has 2 bedrooms!
One with a Queen Size bed. One bedroom has a Double Bed
And there's an additional Twin Sleigh bed / Day Bed
in the living room! Create a delicious meal in our spacious kitchen, which includes most kitchen essentials!
The suite also includes a washer/dryer.
Amenities
Enjoy watching movies on our 55" screen TV. We offer high speed internet and games for family time. Your host is a registered massage therapist and works from home. There's a park across the street with walking paths and a pond. A golf course is within walking distance. The Leduc Recreation Centre is a short drive or bike ride away. Enjoy shopping Leduc's historical Main Street which is only a 5 minute drive away. Leduc common is within walking distance and the Edmonton International Airport, along with our Outlet Mall, horse racing and Casino are also a short 10 minute drive away.
Rates
$110/night for up to 4 guests. If there is a 5th guest, an additional $20/night fee applies.
2 night minimum (rates may vary)
No cleaning fee!
No parties or events.
No pets allowed. Guests must be "non smokers".
Children are welcome provided they are not too loud
and are not destructive.

The Leduc Recreation Centre is a 5 minute drive from our suite. Or, if you have your bicycles along, you can enjoy cycling there. And, on Thursdays, you'll find the Leduc Farmer's Market in the Rec centre parking lot (from May to September 10:00-1:30)

Telford Lake is a beautiful natural area in the heart of Leduc. The trail starts in the main parking area and can be hiked in either direction. This is a great way to escape the city crowds and seek solitude. The park is full of interpretive exhibits that provide educational information about the local flora and fauna.

- If I could give a higher rating I would!! Where do I begin. Annette went above and beyond to accommodate us. The space is so cozy and beautiful. The ranch vibes made us feel right at home. - Annette and her daughter Abigail made us feel right very comfortable in their home! When we arrived we were met at the door by Annette and she made sure we were able to get in the suite. She left us a bowl of fruit, an apple pie plus a carton of cream for our coffee in the fridge! Amazing!! The place was absolutely spotless and so tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable so we were well rested! Annette contacted us numerous times to see if things were going well, which was appreciated. - I stayed at this property with 3 high school besties during Aug 12-14, 2024. Originally, we picked this place merely because it is very close to the airport (and it is!). Upon arrival, we found it nestled in a very nice nighbourhood. We strolled down the street to the park and enjoyed the outdoors until it got dark. We found lots of games and really had a difficult time to choose which one to play within our time limit. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast. There is also a washing machine, dryer and hair dryer, which are rare finds in most rental properties. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the vicinity!!
